Freestyle of Newhaven, incorporating LLDC, was formed in 1992 to manufacture high quality upholstered furniture for the trade.

The 70,000-ft factory in Bow, East London, produces over 20 designs of sofa, alongside occasional chairs, dining chairs and footstools. Our sofas are available as 2, 2 ½, 3, 3 ½ and 4 Seater sizes and many are available as a sofa bed using the Sedac II mechanism with interior sprung mattress.

Every item that we produce is made to order, which means we have the ability to alter height, width and depth to suit your requirements, Our frame-making department uses renewable European Beech and Birch with frames being glued, screwed and doweled for added strength, which is why we are happy to give a 10-year frame guarantee.

You can choose from our extensive range of fabrics and leather or supply your own. This coupled with our guarantee makes Freestyle of London the ideal choice for high quality hand crafted furniture.

LLDC has a standard range of over 10 designs of sofa, many available as sofa beds. We carry 16 leathers in permanent stock from our own tannery, including easy care, semi-aniline distressed leather and fill aniline. You also have the option of supplying your own leather if you wish. You have the ability to alter height and depth measurements. As most of our designs are available as corner units there is a corner unit planning service. All designs are available in fabric as well hence fabric requirements are included on the specifications.

Cushion interior are standard as specified, but we have available any type of interior from foam, feather, feather & down, foam & feather or fibre.
